SexyRichParty.com is a subscription-based and promotional platform designed for nightclubs, event organizers, concert promoters, and mid-to-high-end entertainment promoters ("Creators") to market events, distribute exclusive content, sell access, and engage with fans, subscribers, and customers ("Users").

The Platform is intended for adults only.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use the Platform.

  • By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement.

  • We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not:

  • Create accounts using false identities

  • Share or transfer your account

  • Use another person’s account without authorization

4. Creator Accounts

Creators must:

  • Be legally authorized to operate events and promotions they advertise

  • Own or have the legal right to distribute all content posted

  • Comply with all applicable local, provincial/state, federal, and international laws

Creators are solely responsible for:

  • Event accuracy, pricing, schedules, and fulfillment

  • Obtaining permits, licenses, and insurance

  • Handling refunds, cancellations, and disputes related to their events unless otherwise stated

SexyRichParty does not guarantee ticket sales, attendance, or revenue.

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 Permitted Content

Creators may upload promotional and exclusive content related to nightlife, events, concerts, and luxury entertainment, including adult-oriented marketing where legally permitted.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Involves minors in any way

  • Is illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual

  • Promotes violence, trafficking, or illegal substances

  • Infringes intellectual property rights

  • Is defamatory, hateful, or harassing

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

6. Payments, Fees & Subscriptions

  • The Platform may facilitate subscriptions, one-time purchases, tips, or promotional fees.

  • All payments are processed through third-party payment processors.

  • SexyRichParty may retain a platform service fee, disclosed separately.

Refunds

Unless required by law:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Refunds for events are the responsibility of the Creator, not SexyRichParty

7. Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for:

  • Reporting and paying all applicable taxes

  • VAT, GST, HST, sales tax, or similar obligations

SexyRichParty does not provide tax advice.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you upload.

  • By posting content, you grant SexyRichParty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, promote, and distribute such content for Platform operation and marketing.

All Platform branding, design, and software are the exclusive property of SexyRichParty.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Illegal or harmful conduct

  • Platform abuse or misuse

You may terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination, access to content and earnings may be forfeited as permitted by law.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Error-free operation

  • Financial success for Creators

SexyRichParty is not responsible for offline events, venue conditions, or third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SexyRichParty shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Event cancellations or disputes

  • User-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us by you in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SexyRichParty from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your content

  • Your events or promotions

  • Your violation of these Terms or any law

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
