Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into betweenSexyRichParty.com("SexyRichParty", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("Creator", "you", or "your"). This Agreement governs your participation as a Creator on SexyRichParty.com (the "Platform").

By registering as a Creator, uploading content, or promoting events on the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, theTerms of Service, and thePrivacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility & Verification

To become a Creator, you must:

  • Be at least18 years of age

  • Be legally authorized to operate and promote events

  • Successfully complete identity and age verification

We may require:

  • Government-issued photo ID

  • Business registration documents (if applicable)

  • Proof of venue authorization or promoter rights

Failure to pass verification may result in denial or termination of Creator status.

2. Creator Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of all event details, pricing, and schedules

  • Obtaining all licenses, permits, and insurance

  • Compliance with municipal, provincial, federal, and international laws

  • Event execution, safety, and attendee experience

  • Handling refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks related to your events

SexyRichParty isnotan event organizer, promoter, or venue operator.

3. Content Standards

Creators may post promotional, exclusive, and adult-oriented nightlife content where legally permitted.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights to the content you upload

  • Content does not violate any law or third-party rights

  • No content involves minors, exploitation, or non-consensual activity

SexyRichParty reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Revenue, Fees & Payouts

4.1 Platform Fees

SexyRichParty retains aplatform service feefrom gross revenue generated through the Platform. Fee percentages are disclosed in your Creator dashboard and may be updated with notice.

4.2 Payments

  • Payments are processed through third-party processors

  • Payout schedules are determined by the payment processor

  • SexyRichParty does not guarantee payout timing

4.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

  • You are responsible for chargebacks, refunds, and disputes related to your events or content

  • SexyRichParty may deduct disputed amounts from future payouts

5. Taxes

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reporting and paying all applicable taxes

  • GST, HST, VAT, sales tax, or similar obligations

SexyRichParty does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf unless required by law.

6. License Grant

By uploading content, you grant SexyRichParty anon-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licenseto host, distribute, display, promote, and market your content solely for Platform operation and promotion.

This license terminates upon content removal, subject to technical and legal retention requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Misrepresent events or venues

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

  • Sell illegal goods or services

  • Harass users or other creators

  • Attempt to bypass platform fees or payment systems

8. Termination

SexyRichParty may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

  • Violation of this Agreement

  • Illegal conduct

  • Reputational risk to the Platform

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Platform will be revoked

  • Outstanding payouts may be withheld as permitted by law

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SexyRichParty from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your events or promotions

  • Your content

  • Your violation of this Agreement or any law

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SexyRichParty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to SexyRichParty in the previous 12 months.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws ofOntario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
