Venues, promoters, event organizers and other partners may use SRP to increase discovery, promote events, build followers and engage their audiences.

How do I get my venue or event listed?
SRP may offer listing opportunities for eligible venues, events, promoters and entertainment businesses.

Are listings free?
SRP may offer free and paid listing options, promotional services and premium features.

Yes. Depending on availability, SRP may provide event discovery, promotional exposure, audience-building tools, featured placement, advertising, audience engagement and other marketing opportunities.
Specific services and commercial terms may vary by campaign or Partner.
Can I communicate with people who follow my profile?
SRP may provide authorized tools that allow venues, promoters and other Partners to communicate with followers and engaged audiences.
These tools must be used in accordance with SRP policies, user preferences and applicable privacy and electronic-marketing laws.
Following a profile does not automatically transfer ownership of a user's personal information to that profile.

What happens if an event is cancelled?
Cancellation, ticketing and refund policies depend on the venue, organizer, ticket provider or business responsible for the applicable event or transaction.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SRP is an event discovery and promotional platform and is not the organizer or operator of third-party events.
Users should contact the applicable venue, event organizer or ticket provider regarding event-specific refunds or cancellations.

How do SRP promotions and perks work?
SRP and participating Partners may make promotions, discounts, incentives or special offers available to users.
Individual offers may include eligibility requirements, expiration dates, redemption conditions or availability restrictions.

What content or activity is prohibited?
