Copyright & Infringement Policy

Effective Date: August 2026
Last Updated: August 2026

SexyRichParty.com (“SRP,” “SexyRichParty,” the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by SRP Online Inc., respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users, venues, promoters, event organizers, businesses, partners, and other Platform participants to do the same.

This policy describes how copyright concerns relating to content available through the Platform may be reported and handled.

SRP Online Inc. is based in Canada and responds to copyright concerns in accordance with applicable Canadian law. Where applicable to SRP's operations, we may also process notices submitted under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable copyright laws.

1. Responsibility for Content

You may only upload, publish, submit, or provide content that you own or have sufficient rights, licences, permissions, or legal authority to use.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Music and audio

  • Event flyers

  • Artwork and graphics

  • Logos

  • Written content

  • Promotional materials

  • Other copyrighted works

Submitting content to SRP does not transfer ownership of that content to SRP except for the limited licence granted under our Terms of Service or applicable Partner agreement.

Users and Partners are responsible for ensuring that content they provide does not infringe another party's intellectual-property rights.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe copyrighted material available through SexyRichParty.com infringes rights that you own or are authorized to enforce, you may send a written copyright notice to:

SRP Online Inc.
Copyright Contact
Email: admin@sexyrichparty.com

Your notice should include sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the complaint, including:

  1. Your name and contact information;

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or works you believe have been infringed;

  3. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including the relevant SRP URL where possible;

  4. An explanation of your ownership or authority regarding the copyrighted work;

  5. A statement that you believe the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or applicable law;

  6. A statement that the information supplied in your notice is accurate; and

  7. Your physical or electronic signature where required.

Please provide enough information for SRP to identify the content and evaluate the complaint.

3. Canadian Copyright Notices

SRP Online Inc. operates from Canada.

Copyright notices submitted under Canada's Copyright Act should contain the information required by applicable Canadian law.

Where SRP has obligations as an internet intermediary, hosting provider, or other qualifying service provider under Canadian copyright law, SRP will take the steps required by applicable law.

Receiving or forwarding a notice of alleged infringement does not itself constitute a determination that copyright infringement has occurred.

4. DMCA Notices

Where the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act applies to SRP or particular content or services, copyright owners or their authorized representatives may submit a notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512.

A DMCA notice generally includes:

  • A physical or electronic signature of an authorized person;

  • Identification of the copyrighted work;

  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;

  • Contact information for the complaining party;

  • A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

  • A statement that the information provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

DMCA-related notices may be submitted to:

admin@sexyrichparty.com

5. SRP's Response to Complaints

After receiving a copyright complaint, SRP may:

  • Review the complaint;

  • Request additional information;

  • Notify the user or Partner responsible for the disputed content where appropriate;

  • Restrict access to disputed content;

  • Remove or disable content;

  • Preserve information where required by law;

  • Forward notices where required by applicable law;

  • Restore content where appropriate;

  • Take other actions reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or protect the Platform.

SRP's response to a copyright complaint does not necessarily constitute a determination regarding ownership, infringement, or legal liability.

Copyright disputes may ultimately need to be resolved between the parties or by a court or other competent authority.

6. Responses and Counter-Notifications

If content you submitted is removed or restricted following a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from mistake, misidentification, authorization, licence, ownership, or another lawful basis, you may contact:

admin@sexyrichparty.com

Include:

  • Your name and contact information;

  • Identification of the affected content;

  • The location where the content previously appeared;

  • An explanation of why you believe the content should be restored; and

  • Any supporting information regarding ownership, authorization, licence, or other legal rights.

Where a formal statutory counter-notification process applies, SRP may request additional information required by the applicable law before considering restoration.

7. Repeat Infringement

SRP may restrict or terminate accounts of users or Partners who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights or repeatedly submit content they are not authorized to use.

SRP may also act in response to serious individual violations where appropriate.

8. False or Misleading Claims

Copyright complaints and responses should be submitted honestly and accurately.

Knowingly submitting materially false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences under applicable law.

SRP may take action against accounts that intentionally misuse copyright-reporting procedures.

9. Other Intellectual-Property Concerns

This policy primarily addresses copyright.

Concerns involving trademarks, impersonation, unauthorized branding, privacy, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property matters may also be reported to:

admin@sexyrichparty.com

Please clearly identify the nature of your concern and the applicable content.

10. No Legal Advice

This policy is provided for informational and Platform-administration purposes and does not constitute legal advice.

Copyright law varies by jurisdiction. Parties uncertain about their rights or obligations should consider obtaining advice from a qualified legal professional.
