DMCA & Copyright Policy

SexyRichParty.com ("SexyRichParty", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by SRP Online Inc., respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all Creators and Users on the Platform to do the same.

This policy is designed to comply with:

  • The U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512)

  • Canada’s Copyright Act (Notice and Notice Regime)

1. Copyright Ownership & Responsibility

Creators on SexyRichParty.com are strictly prohibited from uploading content they do not own or have the express legal right to distribute and monetize. By uploading content, the Creator warrants that they hold all necessary intellectual property rights.

2. Filing a Notice of Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Platform, please submit a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following:

  1. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  2. Identification of Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  3. Identification of Material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Platform (please provide specific URLs).

  4. Contact Info: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Canada (or, if you reside in the U.S., the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, SRP Online Inc. has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of Creators or Users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
