SexyRichParty may:

  • Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content

  • Notify the affected Creator or User

  • Take additional action as required by law

We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice where legally required.

6. False Claims

Submitting false or misleading copyright notices or counter-notifications may result in:

  • Account termination

  • Legal liability under applicable laws

7. No Legal Advice

This policy does not constitute legal advice. Parties are encouraged to consult legal counsel regarding copyright disputes.

8. Policy Updates
